1550nm CWDM DFB PM Fiber Butterfly Laser Module

1. Product Introduction

XQF938 series module is a 1550nm WDM MQW DFB laser module with high power output, packaged by 14 PIN butterfly housing and terminated by polarization maintaining (PM) fiber

pigtail. The module is used as a light source in combination with an external modulator, such as LiNbO3- based Mach-Zehnder in CATV HFC networks, especially for super trunking and distribution. With

XQF938 high power output, it eliminates the need for additional EDFA. The XQF938 shows high side mode suppression ratio(SMSR), very low relative intensity

noise(RIN),and narrow line width. The modulation RF band width is better than 1000MHz, and

allows for many methods to reach SBS( stimulated Brillouin scattering) suppression.
